BIC Report Manager Training
Enabling you to create new reports from predefined data containers and have a clear understanding of the management pack.
The Report Manager workshop is aimed at training the person responsible for running reports & report maintenance, including report parameters and filters. This delegate should leave the workshop with the ability to create new reports from predefined data containers & have a clear understanding of the management pack.
On completion of the course you are required to complete an online assessment, and on passing with 70% or more, you will receive a printable certificate.
Who will benefit by attending this course?
The Report Manager training is for a basic report writer who doesn’t need to know about database tables and linkages.
For people wanting to create a new report, we recommend you do the Administrator training after the Report Manager training, as the Administrator Module is the starting point to all reports.
Course Pre-requisites
Have a basic understanding of Microsoft Excel. Need to also have a basic understanding of the operations of Pastel (Open, Navigate)

- All course manuals are included in the class-room course fee
- Learners may be required to bring their own consumable items such as a writing pad, pens, etc.
- Payment for training is strictly to be paid at least a week before commencement date
- No Cancellations will be accepted, the full course fee will be charged – although substitutions may be made
- Lemay’s Training Centre reserves the right to cancel any course should there be an insufficient number of delegates booked for a course. Courses will only be run if there are sufficient learner numbers
- Additional Modules can be arranged should there be enough of a demand or arrangements can be made for 1 on 1 training
- Additional Modules - Manufacturing, Point of Sale, Multi Currency, Receipting, Serial Number Tracking, Time and Billing, General Ledger Manager, Multi Stores available on request

Assessments & Certification
- Assessments are based on information taught in the classroom and not necessary based on the training material
- Marking of the exams will take between 2 to 4 weeks
- Accreditation Refresher & Bridging Assessments will be based on the previous and current versions
- Should it be required that you need to write an assessment after a course, you will need to do so within 30 days after the end of the course. No extensions will be granted
- Students are required to purchase and book assessments
- The pass mark is 75%
- A student needs to write an assessment in order to obtain certification for attending a course
