Onsite Pastel Training

Lemay's Training Centre offers Pastel training at your premisses. In order to assist clients with On Site staff training, Lemay’s Training Centre CC would like you to consider the following Terms and Conditions for training together with price structures.









Facilities

The client is to ensure that the following facilities are made available for the date(s) that the training is required:

  1. For 3 staff members or more a Board Room / Training Room should be available that will accommodate the trainer and the number of staff members to be trained.
  2. The said Board Room / Training Room should be lockable and the key be placed in the possession of the trainer from Lemay’s Training Centre’s for the duration of the training.
  3. Data Projector to be used by the trainer for the training purposes. If the company does not have a data projector Lemay’s Training Centre will provide one.
  4. White Board and Pens for the trainer for the training purposes.
  5. For 3 staff members or more, notebooks will be brought by Lemay’s Training Centre. The Client should advise Lemay’s Training Centre if there is a secure place to keep the asNotebooks when courses are scheduled for longer than one day.
  6. Enough power points for the computers and projector or arrangements must be made for extension leads, plugs and / or adaptors.
  7. Client to ensure that there are refreshments for the staff and the trainer.

Start Time

Lemay’s Training Centre’s Trainer will be on site to set up the Board Room / Training Room ¾ hour prior to the start of the scheduled training.

For morning training sessions:

  1. Delegates to start training by 9am.
  2. A 15 minute tea break will be taken at about 10.30am
  3. Depending on the agreed hours of the training when the training will end.
If the training is to run for a full day session, then:

Lemay’s Training Centre’s Trainer will be on site to set up the Board Room / Training Room ¾ hour prior to the start of the scheduled training.

  1. Delegates to start training by 9am.
  2. A 15 minute tea break will be taken about 10.30am.
  3. A lunch hour will be taken between 12.30 and 1pm unless arranged differently with the Trainer.
  4. An afternoon tea break will be taken at the trainers discretion.
  5. Training for the day will end at 4pm giving the Trainer time to pack up the equipment for the day.

Payment and Cancellations

  1. Payment for training is strictly to be paid at least 7 working days before commencement date.
  2. No Cancellations will be accepted once payment is received. Courses will only be confirmed on full receipt of payment. Rescheduling of Training can be arranged by mutual agreement.

Client Specific Requirements

  1. Should specific training be required for your staff, the following options are available:
  2. Training is arranged on the client’s database. A consultation with the trainer prior to the training can be arranged if required in order for the Trainer to prepare the correct training material for the client and in order to do so the following would be required:
    1. A copy of the database to be made and installed onto the Training Computers.
    2. Copies of documentation in the areas that training is required are to be supplied by the client in order for these to be used as examples in the training process.

This will be charged at our normal consulting fee of R250.00 call out fee and R360.00 per hour for consulting. (Prices are VAT exclusive.)

Pricing structure for specific requirements

All prices quoted on an hourly basis are VAT exclusive.

  • 1-2 Delegates: R360.00/hour
  • 3-4 Delegates: R155.20/hour/delegate
  • 5+ Delegates: R139.68/hour/delegate
  • Travelling costs: R250.00 per day

Pastel Training Courses

For Pastel Training Courses which are designed for a specific length of time and for which Pastel Training Manuals will be provided per delegate (included in the price of the course). These courses are offered on a database either that has been created, or will be created by the delegate in line with the training manual.

  • For 3 – 4 delegates a 5% discount will apply
  • For 3 – 4 delegates a 12.5% discount will apply if a combination of the Fundamentals to Bookkeeping and either the Pastel Xpress or the Pastel Partner courses are booked.
  • For 5 or more delegates a 10% discount will apply
  • For 5 or more delegates a 17.5% discount will apply if a combination of the Fundamentals to Bookkeeping and either the Pastel Xpress or the Pastel Partner courses are booked.
