You do not have to come to us – we’ll go to you and bring the training right to your location. It’s convenient and economical, so you’ll save time and money.

- Assessments: No assessments fees are included and these will be charged individually per student wishing to get Certification by completing the necessary assessments as set out by Softline Pastel. Assessments are now ONLINE and the student can write in the comfort of their offices or home and must be written within six months of having completed the training.

Benefits of onsite training
Should any other courses be required for onsite training please contact us with the necessary details in order that we can submit a quotation through to you.
General Information
The client is to ensure that the following facilities are made available for the date(s) that the training is required:
- For onsite training a Board Room / Training Room should be made available that will accommodate the trainer and the number of staff members to be trained.
- The said Board Room / Training Room should be lockable and the key be placed in the possession of the trainer from Lemay’s Training Centre’s for the duration of the training.
- Data Projector to be used by the trainer for the training purposes. If the company does not have a data projector Lemay’s Training Centre will provide one for the duration of the training.
- White Board and Pens for the trainer for the training purposes. If the company does not have Lemay’s Training Centre will provide for the duration of the training.
- Notebooks will be brought by Lemay’s Training Centre. The Client should advise Lemay’s Training Centre if there is a secure place to keep the Notebooks when courses are scheduled for longer than one day.
- Enough power points for the computers and projector or arrangements must be made for extension leads, plugs and / or adaptors.
- Client to ensure that there are refreshments for the staff and the trainer.
- Lemay’s Training Centre’s Trainer will be on site to set up the Board Room / Training Room ¾ hour prior to the start of the scheduled training.
Reservation and Payment Policy
We can reserve a date for seven days. A 50% deposit fee must be paid for the reservation to remain in effect after the seven days. The balance of the training fee is to be paid in full two weeks prior to the start date. Note: if payment is not received two weeks prior to the class start date, a 20% additional charge will be assessed.
Onsite training locations
All Lemay’s Training Centre onsite prices are for training sessions conducted at any location in the Johannesburg, South Africa. Please contact us for information on onsite training in other locations.
Training Times
- Course time is negotiable according to the client’s needs but can start no later than 9am.
- A 30 minute tea break will be taken at about 10.30am
- An hour’s lunch will be taken starting between the hours of 12.30 and 1pm, this can be negotiated to ½ hour after the first day of training.
